Terms of service

These terms apply when you use dinkwellpaddles.com or buy from Dinkwell ("Dinkwell", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Our shipping, returns, damage and warranty and privacy policies are part of these terms.

1. Who we are

Dinkwell is an independent online retailer of pickleball paddles. Brand names, model names, logos and product images belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we sell; Dinkwell isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any brand.

2. Product information

Specs, descriptions and photos come from the brands' published information. We work to keep them accurate, but paddles vary slightly from unit to unit, colors look different on different screens, and brands sometimes change materials or graphics without notice. If a paddle you receive doesn't match its listing, you can return it under our return policy.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay. If we listed an item at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund any amount charged. Quantities may be limited per order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. We don't receive or store your full card number. Any sales tax due is shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We're responsible for a package until it's delivered to the address you gave at checkout; please check that address carefully.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our return policy.

8. Warranties

If a paddle arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we'll replace or refund it as set out in our damage and warranty policy. Any manufacturer warranty is offered by the manufacturer on its own terms. Except as stated in these terms and where the law doesn't allow it, Dinkwell makes no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dinkwell isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Using this site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it by automated means at a disruptive volume, or use it for anything unlawful. The site's design, text written by Dinkwell and software belong to Dinkwell.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
